With her guidance, you'll explore classic combinations and daring duos, learning why wine and cheese are such a great match. Tips on how to select the best cheeses to pair with your favorite wines and how to serve them will round out this lively and interactive seminar. Winemaker Matt Ward will be on hand to discuss the wines and a casual lunch from Farmstead Restaurant in St. Helena (with more wine, of course) will wrap up the afternoon.
